Currently we collect laundry on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS.

Online order cut off times are SUNDAY 6 pm, and WEDNESDAY 6 pm for booking collections.

Please ensure your laundry is ready for collection
BETWEEN 9 am AND 4 pm ON YOUR SELECTED COLLECTION DAY.

If you are not a HERD MEMBER please place you laundry in a sturdy bag, a strong bin liner will do, and ensure each bag is under 6 KGs. CHARGES MAY APPLY for over 6KG WEIGHT BAGS, and for non-separated or MIXED COLOURED bags !

Items may be returned unwashed if the weight is over limit, or if colours or whites are in the wrong bag.

Laundry Plan

There are two options, we will either collect your laundry on a MONDAY and deliver back to you on a THURSDAY. Or collect your laundry on a THURSDAY and deliver back to you on a MONDAY.

e.g. If you order on a SUNDAY the cut off time is 6PM, after this it will go into the following THURSDAY collection.

A minimum of 18 hours notice is required when booking.

Please ensure your laundry is ready for collection BETWEEN 9 am and 4 pm on your selected day.

Schedule your pickup for the day we are in your area and we will come and collect. It’s that easy!
